Worldwide insurance is offered at $3.00 for the first $100 of value and $2.00 for each $100 of value thereafter. All shipping is done by either the United States Postal Service or UPS. All items are well packaged to insure safe delivery. All shipments within the United States are tracked. All shipments overseas are without tracking, except for paintings.

TERMS OF SALE – APPLICABLE LAW The governing law will be that of the State of Oregon. Any dispute arising from the use of this web site, or a purchase therefrom, will be adjudicated in the Circuit Court, the County of Lincoln, City of Newport.
If a dispute arises, please contact us immediately. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and we will work diligently to resolving any problems that may arise. If a package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately while retaining all packing materials until otherwise notified.
TERMS OF SALE – RETURNS AND REFUNDS All returns must be made within 14 days of the date of receipt. If your order was shipped incorrectly due to a mistake on our part, we will pay for the return shipping. Otherwise the return shipping is the duty of the buyer. All returns are subject to prior confirmation. Please contact us to arrange for a return. All returns should be by the same means as originally shipped including insurance where applicable. All returned items must be in the original condition sent. Once a return item has been received a refund will be provided within 48 hours. PAYPAL payments will be refunded through PAYPAL and money orders/checks will be refunded by first class mail via check.

PURCHASE OPTIONS – PRIVATE COMMISSIONS Many of our artists accept private commissions. If you are interested in obtaining a unique designed art image done to your specifications please contact us directly with your request. Private commissions generally take anywhere from 30 days for drawing to up to six months for a full size painting. All private commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
PURCHASE OPTIONS – TIME PAYMENTS AND LAY-A-WAY All items offered for sale on this web site in excess of $500 may be purchased through time payments on lay-a-way plans. We can custom tailor a payment plan to meet almost any buyer’s need. All lay-a-way plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit. No lay-a-way item may be returned for any reason.
